On the afternoon of May 2, infantry from the Panzer Fusilier Regiment struggled as heavy infantry assaults backed by waves of tanks attacked near the hill known as the 'Kalmu' outside Targul Frumas. The Soviet forces managed to penetrate the infantry's line, threatening to gain control of that critical point in the German defensive line.
Objectives: Your company will move east and engage the flank of the enemy spearhead as it descends the Kalmu. Your platoon will form the right flank of the company battleline and will move to an advanced position, ahead of the other platoons of the company. All enemy armor is to be destroyed.
